GoBestHome is not responsible for the accuracy or contents of properties listed on this site.
You agree to GoBestHome.com publishing your advert details on the internet via the www.GoBestHome.com and other web sites.
If you would like to complain then please contact us at contact@gobesthome.com by writing to the address on the main site.
We reserve the right to remove any photos that we deem to be offensive or unsuitable (i.e. of a non-property related subject matter or not directly relating to the property being sold).
You must not use the GoBestHome.com messaging system to send messages that do not relate to the property in question.
You must not use the GoBestHome.com messaging system to send unsolicited advertisements relating to other services, nor must the content contain obscene, or otherwise questionable, content.

Our Responsibilities

We shall to the best of our efforts, ensure that the GoBestHome web site is available at all times we do, however, reserve the right to take the site off line without prior notice for maintenance.
We will endevour to list your property on the site for as long as is possible.
We will endevour to deliver emails and text message notifications within a reasonable time period but this may sometimes be out of our control.

Users
|
You must have a legal right to sell the property which you are advertising.
The description that you supply is a true and accurate representation of the property. That the description is not misleading, GoBestHome.com wish to emphasize that they do not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.
You will pay any advertisement fees (if applicable) before the property is listed on www.GoBestHome.com
You will arrange your own selling price.
You will arrange and conduct viewings of the advertised property.
You will either remove the property, or update the status to sold, once the property has sold or is no longer for sale.
The photos you upload must either be of the property or directly relate to it.
You must be the legal owner of the copyright of any photos listed on your advertisement.
Property listings cannot be transfered from one property to another.
You must not include links (either textual or clickable) to external sites in your property descriptions unless the external site being linked to relates directly to your property, and ONLY your property. (i.e. you may not link to other private property sales web sites).
GoBestHome.com reserves the right to modify the content or remove any such external link from property description.

Refund Policy

By using GoBestHome's property listing services, you hereby agree that under normal circumstances refund for a product purchased with GoBestHome will not be provided.
GoBestHome.com users are advised to gather all the information about a product offered by GoBestHome
before making a purchase to the product.However, if a user thinks that he has
a genuine reason to ask for a refund, the same can be notified to GoBestHome
by writing an email to contact@gobesthome.com. It is sole discretion of GoBestHome
to decide whether a full, partial and no refund would be provided to the user in all such cases. |
Violation of the above Terms and Conditions may result in your account being suspended and/or your property listing being removed.
GoBestHome.com is not responsible for the contents of the property adverts listed on www.GoBestHome.com. GoBestHome reserves the rights to
change it's Terms of Service without prior notification to it's users. The users are advised to frequently check the Terms of Service to keep
themselves update about our Terms of Service.
